For the last few years, Miranda Keyes had been a happily married woman. It had just been the two of them, her and her husband Andy Shortman. Now, they had welcomed an addition to their family.

Naturally, Miranda was absolutely ecstatic to be a mother, clearly happy about the experience.

Right now they were both sitting in front of a bassinet, where their infant daughter Sadie slept soundly.

"She's so adorable like this," Miranda said.

"Yes, though not as adorable as when she's awake," Andy argued with a scoff.

Miranda nodded and sighed contentedly at that.

Sadie slowly stirred awake, babbling cutely up at her parents.

Miranda smiled and picked her up, rubbing noses with her.

Sadie giggled at the gesture, and soon her drenched padding was discovered.

"Looks like it's time for a change," Miranda replied.
