so the idea was a futureistc setting where medical tech was more advanced then is today

some one found and seacretly made a child of a doctor and nurse of two females (impossible but assume future tech) anyways the boy gets injured as a adult in a hospital with the moms happen look over him the doctor i wanted to be a strict health nut vegan and the nurse a bit more care free

the babying is a bit forced in this senrio as in there child dosent get a say and only get s protest
