Izuku Miroriya was getting ready for his next performance remembering that day a year ago when he gained his powers

He was on a field trip with his class that day.

Bakugo had already made jokes about him being quirkless. He saw the portal gauntlets and looked at them in awe. No way we get such a closer view on the gadget testing he started to walk closer to the testing area

Some of the scientists were busy creating a portal to another world.

The portal started to short out and became unstable

Just then, a pink fruit shot out of the portal.

The fruit hit Deku and knocked him down. Once he got up he picked the weird fruit up

It looked delicious, so he ate it.

He started to cringe at the taste but swallowed it. What a strange fruit. He whined

The scientists rushed over to him to make sure what he ate wasn't poisonous.
