Duels and Diapers (PRIVATE)
 

There was quite a bit of news buzzing around the Duelist academy that a pair of new students had been accepted into their ranks. There was even news that one had been accepted into Obelisk Blue. Not much was known about the other, but they figured they would find out soon enough.

Entering through the doors was a young man with a blue jacket hanging sorta loosely off of his shoulders, opened in the chest, and wearing a black hat over his messy dark brown hair. "So...I've arrived. And in the top house too! And it's all thanks to you guys!" He looked down at his deck box with a smile and slipped it back into his pocket and the proceeded to browse the halls. He looked at all the different students who seemed to take notice of him and he could help but feel big and important.

However... for the other student, things weren't so good. He was a Slifer Red. He wasn't a drop-out boy but he had aced the written test, but barely passed the actual practical test, which had earned him the lowest of the low, Slifer Red.

Thing was, he wasn't that much of a decent duelist, many considered him the worst out of all the Slifer Reds.. simply because he wasn't as skilled with the deck he had. He was a user of an Archetype called Anathemia Academy.

The main style of the Archetype? Weakening of the Opponents Monsters and Actions through a wide use of Monster Effects, Spell Cards, Trap Cards and occasional Field Spells. His name? Takeo Yasaokyoku. That's right, he was Japanese.

Then again, this was Central Academy. Which was BASED IN JAPAN. Or at least near it. Takeo sighed as he followed the new Obelisk Blue student around and mumbled "Seems we're both dueling today...", trying to start some form of conversation with the Obelisk Blue student.

Meanwhile, in one of the Teacher and Staff Quarters, a young girl of 15 was about to head out. She was 'thicker' than the female students and had Short, dark pink hair with purple highlights. She had freckles on her cheeks and thighs along with a crystal blue diamond on her right (our left) cheek. She wore cutesy, happy colors with heart socks that went up to her knees. She grabbed a Green backpack with a little White and orange kitten in it.

Who was this? This was Crystal Allison, she was not a Duelist, but rather a home schooled Student and her father, Mr. Allison was a teacher here. Her step Sister Kaoru was going to be a resident of the Academy. Kaoru though... Well, only her, Crystal, and their dad knew she was a girl.

"Come on Luka! Let's go check out the new kids!" she said as the kitten mewed.

"Hell yeah..." The boy replied to Takeo. "So...is there anywhere we're supposed to go, or are we to just wandering about the school aimlessly until someone comes for us?" he asked. The mystery boy was known as Joey. As for a last name...well he never filled it out in the form. When asked about it he just titled his head to the side almost like he didn't understand the question.

"I think it was the main duelling hall... I think..." Takeo said to Joey, a bit meekly. Takeo rounded a corner, and lo and behold, a large dueling hall, with lots of people standing in the stands, eagerly watching the current duels going on. There were like 4 duels already going on. "And weren't our duels special or something?" Takeo asked.

As they entered the large room, someone accidentally bumped into them.

"Sorry" a Gender ambiguios voice said. If they were to look, they would see a student in a Ra yellow Jacket with dark blue pants on. They had white hair and purple eyes, it was hard to tell what gender they were.

"You new here? I am too" they said.

"Uhh...yeah. Names Joey." he introduced himself and offered the person a handshake. "Best of luck to you out there." he nodded his head in the direction of the duels going on. "I'd say try to have fun and winning isn't everything, but here...apparently it is." he sweatdropped.

"Same here, name's Takeo... Takeo Yasaokyoku" Takeo said, looking up with his sapphire blue eyes into the person's eyes and noticing that they were purple. There were other things, but Takeo realised something was up about this person. Although he couldn't tell that they were either female or male, it was something about their body language that gave something off, and Takeo was having trouble placing what it was.

And then... Came some Obelisks walked over to the three. They stopped at Joey.

"You must be new Blood, Welcome to the Best Ranks of the Academy!" the Leader said offering a hand to Joey. Kaoru glared at them warningly.

"Uhh..." he blinked several times before smiling. "Um, thank you." he extended his hand to the leader and shook it. "The names Joey."
