Trust Building (Private)
Miyu, a young woman around her late teens, early Twenties, who wore a black dress that came down to her knees, had turquoise hair that she kept in a braids a poofy hat with a skull insignia on it. She was but a simple merchant who ran an antique shop. Or more specifically, that was what she did during her downtime from her REAL job; being a Net Savior.
Net Saviors were special agents who deal with crimes involving the use of the net. Miyu was among the highest ranking and currently with her Superior Masa, whose 'day job' is that of a simple fish merchant. But his Net Savior persona is Commander beef...who for some reason wears a fish helmet. Miyu also has an alternate person by the name of Mysteriyu, though she won't be needing it for awhile as of now. She was currently waiting in the main office with Commander beef for a new recruit to arrive. "Commander Beef sir..." Miyu said, finally breaking the silence. "Yes Miyu?" Commander beef responded in a deep, manly tone. "About showing this new recruit the 'ropes', as you call it...I have to ask...why me?" It was a fair question, as Miyu wasn't what you would call the most sociable girl out there. She usually spent most of her time in the backroom of her store where light barely entered and tended to have conversations with the ANTIQUES. Not to mention her store was downright spooky. "Well Miyu....as you know, Sal is capable of making friends with almost Anyone, and I don't usually work in the field with anyone else other than you and her. If anything this exercise will benefit the both of you. Teach you to open up a little more." He explained. "Well...I suppose..." Miyu replied, sounding a little unsure, which wasn't like her. But then again, she was never assigned to spend an undisclosed amount of time with a complete stranger either. |
Amara Kisari finished washing her hands, and took a moment to splash her face. She had sea green hair that when tied up went down to her waist, and violet colored eyes. She wore a purple belly shirt, a black short sleeved leather button up jacket, an ocean blue head band with her navi's insignia on it, a baggy pair of black shorts with a silver belt, and black boots.
The girl was currently in the bathroom connected to the lobby of the Official's building. Amara had originally signed up for the crossfusion division of the net saviors, however issues involving her net navi arose. Admittingly, neither Amara or her navi Twilight knew much about her programing, but what was odd was the fact that when she'd been taken by a criminal, and a dark chip had been used, Twilight gained the power benifits, but none of the faults. Her data didn't erode, and she was still in full control of her action. In the past it had shown that humans who crossfused with a navi infected with dark energy would then become infected themselves. Even though it was just one chip, and it had faded from her programing by now, the higher ups had decided the risk was to great, especially since Twilight's programing couldn't be analyzed by Sci-Lab techs and scientists. They did throw the pair a bone though, and transferred them to the net agent division. Like the crossfusion division, there was physical activity involved, but more involvement with net related crime. Amara was okay with it, even though she wouldn't be able to experience crossfusion. Drying her hands and face with paper towels, she checked herself in the mirror, and adjusted her belt buckle, tightening it. She only had one chance at a first impression, and she didn't want questions about THAT coming up until the third time they spoke at least. Taking a deep breath, she exhaled and exited the bathroom. |
There was an attendant waiting outside for her. An older woman about in her 30's in a business suit. She looked concerned. "Miss Amara, are you alright? You were taking awhile in there..." As she spoke she began to lead Amara to the room in which she will be meeting Commander beef and Miyu.
|
"I'm fine." Amara answered. "A little nervous about meeting Commander Beef and Mysteriyu, and well..." She blushed a bit at the excuse she was about to use. "It's also my time of month, so..."
|
"Oh, I see. I won't ask anymore then." She replied, acting professional, though a blush appeared on her cheeks when she heard about the 'time of the month' line. She continued to lead her to the main room and once there, opened the doors for her.
The doors opened up and both Commander Beef and Miyu raised their heads to see a girl with Green hair enter the room. Upon noticing the green hair, Miyu couldn't help but chuckle softly. "Are you sure you shouldn't have assigned her to Sal instead. They seem to have similar tastes." Commander Beef ignored her commented and walked over to Amara. "Welcome. You must be Amara Kisari. I am Commander Beef and this is Mysteriyu." He said gesturing to Miyu, who bowed her head to welcome Amara. |
"I am, a pleasure to meet you both." Amara said, bowing her head as well. Turning to Miyu, she stated, "You're hair could be mistaken as a teal shade of green. From experience, green hair girls rock."
"Hell yeah!" Came a voice from her waist. Amara recognized it as her navi, Twilight. |
"Well I suppose. But my hair is a different shade still. Yours is quite similar to a friend of mine..." Miyu replied.
"Alright then...down to business..." Commander beef stepped back a bit and cleared his throat. "Now, I have filled Mysteriyu in on the details, but not you. As you know, you have been given the opportunity to join the Net Saviors. You actually have the qualifications to be a Net Agent as well, hence why you are meeting with us instead of the Head of the Net Saviors program." |
"Net Agent means more physical activity and risk for the operator while still dealing with net terrorism, right?" Amara asked. "I can deal with that. had my fair share of dealing with criminals physically..."
|
"Indeed." Commander Beef replied with a nod. "And one of the most, if not THE most, important thing about being a Net Agent is trusting your partner. Also it takes many months of training to become a Net Agent, but given your exceptional record, we are willing to make an exception under a certain condition."
|
"What might that condition be?" Amara asked, curious. She knew exceptions weren't made without some sort of safety precaution or something in place incase something went wrong.
