Waking Sasuke (private for Rye)
 

Sasuke woke up in a hospital room, heavily bandaged and body in severe pain. Why was he in pain? Because of his brother who brutally beat him and mentally turtured him"As he wakes he dosent seem to remember why he was in a hospital. But then suddenly horrible memories flash back and Sasuke started to cry, he remembered how easily be was defeated by his brother and worthless he felt. "What have I been doing all these years? I haven't gotten the least bit stronger, he beat me without even trying. Just then he heard the doorknob to his room being turned and then he saw Anko enter.

He was actually surprised,"W-why are y-you here? Sasuke said to her in between his sobs. He didnt Anko well so he didnt know why she would visiting him.

Anko entered , she didn't look to happy about being there and looked as if she would take off the head of the first person who mentioned anything to her about work ''me? I'm here to babysit you because Hokage suspects a second attack from the criminal organisation on your life , since your in no condition to fight I have been ordered to stay with you and tend to your every need'' she replied icily ,she said the last part with added sweetness as if he was bestowed some honorary reward for being beaten up and getting her to stay with him ''and why the hell are you crying?'' she barked ,she was going to at least make fun of him a little to show him who it was who was making the rules when she was looking after him

Sasuke tried to stop sobbing but when Anko barked at him it only made his crying worse. He felt so weak crying like some baby. "P-please d-don't yell a-at me." Sasuke said while sobbing but he knew he sounded pathetic.

Anko had a lapse in judgement , perhaps she was going at him a bit too much ,it wasn't his fault he got beat and had to be looked after ,in fact h probably wouldn't put up with this if he was well ,his pride most likely wouldn't let him. ''ok ok ,I'm sorry for taking you head off '' she shushed raising her hands defensibly deciding it couldn't be much harder than caring for a baby. She sat on the side of the bed and wrapped her arms round his sobbing head ,attempting to comfort him ''now why not tell me what's wrong so I can tease you a little'' she said out for her own gain

Even though sasuke didnt fully know or trust Anko he hugged her back and burried his head in her chest continuing to sob. After calming down he told Anko what had happened and why he had fought Itachi. "Im s-so u-useless and weak." Sasuke said in between sniffles.

She soothed him ,she simply didn't have the heart any more to make fun of him so she just held his soft head ''you shouldn't measure your strength by your siblings or anyone ,there is no way to measure things like intelligence or strength'' she explained petting his soft hair ''and your not weak, ask anyone of your team mates and they will tell you about your strong character'' she said generalising , she might not know Sasuke personally but could guess Naruto would make fun of him for asking it

Sasuke didnt understand why Anko was being so nice to him. A few minutes ago she seemed to be very annoyed and angry to be watching over him. But right now he didn't care, he was enjoying her embrace and cuddled into her as she patted his head. His eyes were getting heavy and slowly fell asleep in Ankos arms.

Anko had a think ,she was going to have to be soft with him until he gets his attitude back , she laid his head down onto the pillow and left him .She felt like waking him and playing about but she knew better than to wake a sleeping patient . She sauntered back to her seat and swinged back on it ,making a creaking sound as she did

About an hour later began to wake up, he yawned and stretched his arms. His stomach growled very loudly. Loud enough to get Ankos attention. "Anko, may I please have something to eat?" he asked hoping that the hospital had decent tasting food.

Anko was absent minedly staring into space until Sasuke's voice snapper back to attention ''huh? oh Sasuke ,your up ,nah you don't want any of this places food . How about I go out and get you something half decent to eat ,I'm, sure your hungry'' she said getting up and ready to take Sasuke's order for food ''so what'd ya want?''
