A Boy and His Secret (private for me and genericpetname)

Craig, the blonde haired boy of 17 years old, sat at his home, alone on his couch, his phone grasped in one hand as he waited for a response from his dear friend, who he had been somewhat "dating" with for a few months now. He cared for her, and was happy to see she enjoyed the time she spent with him. It warmed his heart knowing he had someone who felt the same mutual respect for him as he did them. Even though the girl was older then him, it did not quite matter to Craig, as he was one to see that age was simply a number. That, in a sense, also attributed to a secret he held inside, one that he did not even tell his parents, who were currently out-of-town for vacation.

Craig sat at his phone, waiting for something, any sort of response, either by phone or even by a ringing doorbell. She wold arrive soon, or at least she told him yesterday, seeing as how he did not have his very own license or even vehicle to drive with.

Twenty three year old Danielle rang the doorbell to Craig's house. She tucked a lock of her medium length brown hair behind her ear as she waited. She was looking forward to spending time with the boy she had been seeing for a while, even if he was six years her junior, it didn't bother her at all. She was enjoying the refreshing company of a younger boy rather than the older creeps she usually attracted.

Craig, immediately hearing this, shot up from the couch, knowing exactly who it was. As he stood up, he fiddled around with his blonde hair, as he wanted to give her a good impression while he was together with her. Walking to the door, he greeted the young woman with a gracious smile. "Danielle! So good to see you!" He cheered, giving the slightly taller woman a light hug, to show his appreciation for her company.

Danielle smiled as Craig hugged her. After their hug she held up a plastic grocery bag for Craig to see. "It's good to see you too. Have you had anything to eat yet?"

At this point, Craig was hungry, not having had anything to eat since the parents left earlier that morning. With a rumbling stomach, Craig looked to the bag. "Quite frankly, I am a bit hungry." Craig chuckled, gesturing the woman in as he closed the door behind them.

Danielle removed her coat and made her way into Craig's kitchen. "Good, I made some soup last night and I saved you some." She rummaged through his kitchen for a pot. She wasy fairly familiar with it since she had been to his house on a few occasions. Finally she found a pot to heat the soup in. "I don't know if you'll like it since I made it on a budget." She said as she tried to undo the lid of the plastic container that held the soup. The lid popped off and some of the soup spilled onto her shirt and pants. "Oh no! I don't have my own washing machine, can I wash these here? And also borrow a shirt...and some pants...If that's not a problem."

"No, it's okay. I'm sure whatever you make is..." Before he could finish, he was cut off when a bit of the soup splashed against the woman's clothes. He slightly cringed, hoping it was not hot to scald her, but also at the fact that it got on her fresh clothes.
"Oh no, it's no trouble at all, Danielle. Please feel free to use our washing machine upstairs. It's next to my room. And also, across from there, you can go in my parent's room and borrow some of my mother's clothes. She won't mind." With a chuckle, Craig placed the soup on the counter, before directing her on where to go.

"What big house," Danielle said as she climbed the stairs to the second floor. Once she reached the washing machine she removed her dirty clothes and put them in the washing machine. Wandering around only in her underwear she made her way into Craig's parent's room. It didn't take long for Danielle to decide she didn't want to wear Craig's mother's clothes. "I know," she said to herself, "I'll borrow a shirt from Craig. That's a girlfriend thing to do, he might like it."

Craig, who at this point had went downstairs, was unaware that his girlfriend was in his room, so he hadn't any real clue as to what she was doing. He now sat downstairs, waiting for his girlfriend to finish changing into his mother's clothes.

Inside Craig's room Danielle dug through the clothes in his dresser. "There has to be something more 'romantic' around here somewhere," she said to herself. She tried to look for a dress shirt in his closet, but a bag on the floor of the closet was blocking her. She lifted up the bag and tossed it aside. The contents of the bag spilled onto the bedroom floor. As Danielle bent to pick up the mess she made her heart seemed to leap out of her chest, inside the bag were some very interesting items she never expected to see in her boyfriend's room. She quickly ran to Craig's parents room, pulled on a skirt and shirt borrowed from his mother and grabbed one of the items from the bag in the boy's closet. With her heart still racing she made her way back down stairs. "Hey Craig, can we talk?"
