Gym Contract
Matt stood at 6'1, had short blonde hair, green eyes, and watched his Raichu run around a track on his arena floor watching her gain speed and release electricity seeming almost like a lighting bolt with the speed she retained from training as a Pikachu. He currently wore an orange shirt, blue jeans, and a long black duster coat. He was awaiting any passers by that might want a badge to get to the elite four.
