"People must've died higher up..." Gail muttered under her breath at the idea that Dakota wasn't #200 in the flesh. She referred to one of the many ways that a hunter could gain rank, and it was the easiest after all, people higher than you dying. "Well I'm 179 last time I checked." She boasted, fully knowing she mostly didn't know what she was really doing either. "But it's like an exponential thing you know? People 15 higher than me would eat me for breakfast. Don't even mention the top 5." She continued, as she always liked the politics of the list and the people on it.
"So that must've been your first contract, right?" She questioned, fully aware of how flawed the girls tactics were. She once again looked over Dakota's shoulder, but this time the one and only server. She motioned towards the middle aged lady that she wanted a drink, and then went back to Dakota. "You've gotta start with easy ones, small fry. Something petty. Low risk, low reward." She informed her, as she thought that huge man had quite the bounty on his head. "Speaking of rewards, you should probably go tell Duncan you're not collecting one." She told her, pointing towards the bar.
