The meal was brought in. It consisted of a marbled, well done peppered Kobe beef steak, with caremelized onions and cilantro. Some fried rice lay next to it, with some chive mixed in. A bowl of warm clam chowder, from Manchester sat next to the plate. Some glazed apple slices lay on a small dish beside that. And for dessert, caramel flan with a dash of whip cream.
