I'd just suggest pick your partners carefully, I've run into people who give characters "god complexes" thus they try to one up every post. But there are a lot of people who are pretty good at keeping to a story and making the most of it. Hope this helps, and if you need any more advice or just want to talk my doors are open. ^.^
