"Vanilla? I thought you wanted chocolate?" Daniel said in what sounded like a serious tone, but quickly winked at Vyxen to let her know he was kidding. "Of course it's vanilla...with vanilla frosting!" he giggled as he took the cake out of the fridge and quickly set it on the counter, placing candles in it and lighting it up quickly.
Daniel then carefully brought the cake over to the table, beginning to sing the well-known Happy Birthday song. What he failed to tell Vyxen, however, was that the only candles he could find were some old ones they'd used before...including a "2" candle from his nephew's 2nd birthday party. He ignored this problem, however, and hoped Vyxen wouldn't mind either.
