Sonic had taken full advantage of the pain he afforded the echidna, practically shoving that spoon into his mouth. He figured Knuckles knew better then to defy him again. He could have made it out of this with just that nastiness sliding down his throat but instead he got that as well as a bunch of piss in his diaper and a striking amount of pain in his gut.

"Keep it up. We're making good progress see?" Sonic said as he got spoonful after spoonful in there. "Soon that baby tank of yours will be full again so you'll gain back what you just lost from that punch and then some. We won't forget to feed you something mushy to go with it. Maybe something that tastes just as bad or heightens the caster oil's taste." Sonic sneered. He couldn't also help imagining that Knuckles was Tails and Shadow a few times while he did this as well. Still, it was amazing that he was officially the older of the two here.
