I had another idea:
Universe: Jurassic Park/Jurassic World
The psychopathic raptor "Clever Girl"/"The Big One" from the original Jurassic Park is captured by Owen. Blue decides to see if she can raise "Clever Girl" the right way...by treating her like a hatchling. Of course, she decides to blend in elements of "Human hatchlings" (babies) as well.
Raptors are sapient in this RP and can talk.
