Velvet was waving off Coco. Seeing her friend off on a solo mission was certainly a reason to do so, but besides that, Velvet was a bit anxious to get certain things underway. With Coco going off, she'd have some time to herself, and she'd been waiting eagerly for the chance to get some time alone and simply let her more, weird, side out. Though not that anyone knew this about her, but she was simply infatuated with diapers. The feel, the sensation, everything about them. They just sent shivers down her spine when she was touching them. But soon she'd have plenty of time to herself.
