Cold wind, and the slamming of the rickety wooden door woke Primrose Everdeen from her slumber. It was still dark, The middle of the night and no where near morning, and the young 12 year old girl struggled to make out anything even with her eyes opened and focused.

As she shifted, she felt a familiar squishing feeling, and reached down to feel her diaper an find it utterly soaked, the wet urine having long cooled and now feeling very clammy around her loins.

She let out something between a whimper and a groan as she got up and tiptoed through to her sisters room, her soggy diaper sagging and swaying as she did so. She opened the shoddy door with a slight creak and walked to her sister as she slept.

"Katniss! Katniss!" she whispered. "I had an accident. Can you change me?" she blushed as she asked.

She knew it was a long shot. Given their financial situation, diapers were rationed as much as the food was, and she was lucky to get more than a single change a day, which she had had already.
