"Rika! You know better than to talk like that. You could have asked nicely to be changed in the bathrooms or at home, but since you wanna have a little toddler tantrum mommy will change your little peepee britches right here naughty girl."
Jeri grabs Rika by the wrist and pulls here towards a park bench. She sets the girl down on the bench and unsnaps the bottom of the overalls exposing here diaper.
"Gosh Rika what a very wet diaper you made. I guess you're just a teeny little baby that needs mommy to care for you" Jeri said loudly so others around could hear.
