The little area being that of a special pokemon nursery. The nursery is a one-of-a-kind one in that it is completely automated, no humans or pokemon are needed in terms of keeping ones eggs nice and comfortable in their incubators.
However, it did have a flaw though, one that Jill doesn't know about yet, one that could put a damper on her career as a breeder. or maybe perhaps provide insight on how to handle newborn pokemon? Who knows?
If she chose to go to this building, it would look more like your typical pokecenter , only without the usual Nurse Joy that would be present nor an Audino or Chansey.
