She walked over and cracked another dust crystal over Ruby's head, weakening her ability to use her arms and legs significantly, and completely disabled her semblance. Then she picked the girl up "Well, now that you're awake, Mommy can take good care of you..." she put Ruby on the changing table and started tearing the girls clothing off violently

Weiss was starting to wake up as well but Cinder used some of her maiden powers to knock the girl right back out "We'll deal with you after Ruby." she said sweetly
