Why if you win I'll even make it a big deal that you are now the number one hero, but if you lose you have to become a sort of student '' All Might wasn't trying to be cocky he just felt Endeavor needed some behavior classes and parental classes which All Might can easily arrange . But those would easily get to the core problem and place Endeavor in his care if Endeavor takes the test for the entrance to those classes.
