Being way to shy at a funeral

Last week had been quite hectic as my grandma had passed away ... and we spend most of it emptying the house ...
Yesterday was the funeral since i was there i was hardly be able to even say a proper sentice and sometimes not even say condolences but just nodding witjh my head.
There where lot's of people i hadn't seen in a really long time some i could hardly even remember.
Then after the real funeral was over a niece i hadn't seen in like 15 years kissed me on the cheek 3 times i was so flustred from that it more looked like she kissed a baby that had just dropped something in his diaper.
I just wanted to act normaly when she unexpectedly did that yet she kinda noticed something was wrong ... i sometimes have the emotional age of a 5 year old it can be kida frustrating.
I was perhaps dressed best for the occasion which made me stand out more.
But i wasn' able to say much of anything it felt kinda ackward.
But of course you can kinda get away with it of being not able to say much of anything after the funeral and perhaps had added an extra layer of being uncomfortable.
