Izuku Midoriya, who has been about to jump in himself, scooped up the toddler that was now Shouto and swaddled him in his now much too large clothes. “Shouto, I’m so sorry! I could’ve-I could’ve done something if I saw that villain before!” He apologized frantically as he carried the boy home, to his house. “I have to bring you..to my house. I mean, I don’t think you want your dad seeing you like this and-and I don’t want you to get hurt, so it’s safer if you’re with me.”
