Katy snapped out of her motherly trance right when she was lifting Perry's feet up to slide the diaper underneath, "Oh, sorry Perry. Seeing you like this reminded me of my son. I've been thinking about him a lot." she said while putting the diaper aside and giving a sad sigh.
