Dakota kept on poking Velma's lips with the spoon but found that she couldn't get the object through. "Are you really gonna fuss like that?" she asked, "You know this oatmeal's gonna go in one way or another. You can either do this willingly or I am gonna have to get creative here. Choose wisely my lovely, little Velma."

The witch did wait several seconds as she tried to poke the spoon in some more, insisting that the auburn should open her mouth and accept it. After all, Dakota was not gonna feed her anything else this morning but when Velma kept refusing the brunette witch knew that she had to resort to her usual tactics that she used on previous victims. "Very well," she spoke, making her right hand glow at the fingertips, "Don't say I didn't warn you, Velma."

Right away she brushed the tips as Velma's legs. At that moment the girl would feel a tickling sensation unlike any she would have felt before. Dakota was gonna force her to force Velma to open up her mouth by laughing, and she knew that the auburn wouldn't resist for very long.
