He sighed. "As you wish" he says then turned to the dj booth. The music stopped again, and as per usual the people were upset. "Alright ladies and gentleman, it seems that we have a PARTY POOPER! Little miss over here doesn't want to join us in showing her diaper. We're all fair to each other, no embarrassment, and if there is any, we share in it" he says as they cheered. And before he could ask they chanted "wheel, Wheel, WHEEL, WHEEL, WHEEL!".
The dj hit a button and a large wheel began spinning. There were a number of punishments on the wheel: 'paddling party', 'spank line', 'double diaper', 'diaper drip', 'diaper dump', 'baby boutique', 'time out', and lastly 'kick out'.
