Looking for partners

Hi!

I am looking for a partner for the following idea, I'm fine as the Little, or the Caretaker, doesn't matter which.

The premise:
A young orphan girl, who spent most of her life in an overcrowded and understaffed orphanage, deprived of affection, probably even bullied and being called useless, volunteers to test things in a children's hospital or for a company that makes special needs kids' clothes and equipment.
She does this to finally feel useful and appreciated at once.
Of course, the orphanage happily signs off on it, pending a generous donation.

What she'd realise too late, is that she'd be testing diapers, clothes (child-proofed, removal prevention, diaper access prevention, scratch prevention), furniture (beds, chairs, cribs, playpens), transport and positioning aids (stroller/wheelchair, car seat, bath/shower aids, harnesses) and restraints, made for special needs kids scaling from bedwetters and kids with skin conditions (eczema, skin allergies, psoriasis etc.) to kids with severe disabilities whom are in danger of haarming themselves or others.

Naturally, she'd be supervised, comforted, pampered and cared for, every need fulfilled, while she participated in the tests.

From that point, it would be depending on the partner.
Would she be reluctant, only complying because she has no choice?
Would she actually be a willing participant, because she could finally feel useful and appreciated?
Could she even learn to like and appreciate being a helpless but pampered little baby girl?

I'm interested in longer replies, and prefer Discord. Message me if interested.
Cheers!

- Matt
