Sweetie Belle is suddenly squeezed by her sister, not quite expecting it she sort of just lets herself be squeezed like a stuffed toy. Not that Sweetie Belle dislikes it though, at least after the initial sudden squeeze. There was also a sudden increase in warmth to her diaper too at the sudden hug, a little more pee squeezed out thanks to her sister, given how close they were Rarity would likely feel the heat radiating off of it. Sweetie Belle quickly settled and enjoyed the cuddling from her sibling, nuzzling back a little.
"I know I know. It's okay, it's not a big deal." Sweetie Belle replied, the whole fashion thing may not have been her favorite, but getting to spend time with her sister at all was nice. After Rarity left home and started her clothing business, Sweetie Belle basically never saw her, that is until their parents began to drop her off with her sister more and more, to the point that it was usually just easier to stay with Rarity given Rarity lived directly in Ponyvile and relatively close to the school compared to her parents.
Sweetie Belle couldn't help but roll her eyes a bit at how Rarity kept calling her adorable and such. Not even their parents fawned over her as much as her sister did, it was a bit embarrassing, though there was definitely a part of Sweetie Belle that soaked up the attention. Her ears flicked as Rarity tapped her snout, and soon she was put down. "Yeah!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed, before adding. "It can wait! It's not going to leak." Obviously not wanting to sit here and wait any longer.
Her diaper definitely had a yellowing to it now, and it looked a little more bloated than when she'd wet it just a little bit ago thanks to Rarity putting the squeeze on her bladder by accident. Of course just because it wasn't in desperate need of a change, doesn't mean it shouldn't be. After all white fur tended to stain easier, so if Sweetie Belle sat in her used diapers long enough, there would definitely be stains on her fur until she got a deep clean.
