Sweetie Belle was never really sure how to feel about getting her diaper changed, especially since it was always done with magic. She never really wondered about this before, her sister and her parents are all unicorns, so for the longest time she was only ever changed with magic. Then she became friends with Apple Bloom, who was an Earth pony, and so was Bloom's older sister, Applejack. Sweetie Belle recalled one time in the past when Sweetie had even taken to replacing Rarity with Applejack, for a variety of reasons, but one she never admitted to was the fact that getting your diaper changed by hoof and mouth was really nice. It was probably super gross and Rarity would never go for it and Sweetie would never ask her sister either since she knew the answer, but there was something more comforting about when it wasn't done with magic, it wasn't a feeling Sweetie Belle could properly explain.

Of course despite using magic, Rarity still took quite a bit of time to change her, it likely took Rarity just as long to change her as it took Applejack without magic because of how thorough Rarity was when cleaning her up. Not that she minded this of course, Sweetie Belle had heard from both Apple Bloom and Scootaloo that diaper rash was not fun, Sweetie hadn't had it before, or if she had, she was too young at the time to recall it now. The feeling of the wipes moving across her body was nice though, if a bit cold, of course having her warm diaper stripped away didn't help with that too.

When Sweetie was completely clean is when Rarity got hooves on, and this was Sweetie Belle's favorite part, it was hard to not have a small smile on her face as Rarity worked the power through her fur and into her skin. After enjoying the feeling for a moment, Sweetie Belle rolls over, feeling the plush diaper on her flank. Then she quickly followed after her sister, stopping at the question. Sweetie Belle looked back at her flank, seeing the diaper on it, thinking about the ponies seeing her. On one hoof, nopony knew she was diapered here, and she could hide that fact. On the other hoof, she'd just spent a lot of time trying on dresses and such and she wasn't exactly eager to put on another one, plus if she was wearing a dress, Rarity would probably fuss over it and anypony would probably think she was part of the fashion show that was happening and know she was in a diaper regardless!

"Uhm... Maybe if you have something that wouldn't draw much attention?" Sweetie Belle asked, seeing as modest was not usually a style of outfit Rarity made. "And it can't just be something to cover my flank either, everypony would just assume why I'd be covering it." Sweetie Belle mentioned. Maybe they could find something for her to wear that wouldn't make it obvious to other ponies that she was still diapered, though the lovely scent of foal powder wafting off of her would probably clue in anypony that came near her.
