"Well good afternoon little miss sleepy head!" The nurse said, smiling. "You are in a facility." She added. The nurse was filling out paperwork which documented the girl who had just woken up. "You had a bit of a breakdown and we were called in to deal with it. Don't worry sweetie you'll be taken care of." She added. Once the paperwork was filled out she walked over to the girl and began to inspect her bedsheets.
