For Brian, the day that he visited the great Overwatch Museum and just happened to get caught in the middle of a skirmish between the vigilante group and Talon, resulting in him using Doomfist's gauntlet to punch out the deadly French sniper Widowmaker, changed his life forever. For one, it got him the attention of his favorite Overwatch hero, Tracer, but it also put him on Talon's radar, meaning that he would be at risk of being either attacked or captured by them at all times.

Feeling compassion for the boy, Tracer successfully lobbied to have him taken back to Overwatch's base at the Rock of Gibraltar, thus placing him under their protection. It was a dream come true for Brian, as he now was surrounded by his heroes all the time. What he didn't anticipate, however, was the boredom that came with spending all day in (what basically was) a military base with nothing to do.

Thus, here he currently sat, on his bed bored out of his mind as he wondered when the next chance he'd be able to do something interesting would be. Unbeknownst to him, Tracer was paying attention to his lamentations, and had a devious plan in mind.
