As much as Sweetie was on board with helping her sister, being stuck in the dressing room was boring. It made her intimately aware of something though, without much to occupy herself she eventually found herself focusing on just that, herself. Which is when she began to notice a particular feeling, one that made her hind legs pull in, put a wiggle in her rear, a certain desperate feeling that her mind was about to put together when Rarity suddenly walks in, startling Sweetie out of her introspection, and causing the filly to suddenly feel a tingling up her back while the back of her diaper begins to fill.
Sweetie Belle is so stunned by this suddenly happening she barely even notices her sister checking her diaper, of which Rarity feels the diaper suddenly convulsing as Sweetie's body is quickly voiding, having been startled, the filly is filly-ing her diaper quite a bit, the heavy warmth spreading across the back of the diaper as it squishes against it. A pungent aroma quickly wafting from the garment, easily letting Rarity know Sweetie was in the middle of some 'business' of her own.
