"Now don't go talkin' bout fair, missy," Applejack says, after finishing tying her hands and then moves onto tying Cheerlies arms and body to the chair. "Ah left you here free to play all ya wanted, and you decided to disobey momma and run outside like a naughty girl. Well naughty girls get punished." Applejack adds finishing off by tying her ankles to the chair legs, which has the added effect of spreading her legs to expose her diaper even more. After finishing, Applejack stands up and looks her over, satisfied that she's secure.
