Ann winced as she heard Alex's questioning and internal monologuing, seeing that he wasn't exactly taking it well. Not wanting things to get out of hand, she quickly spoke up, attempting to convince him that she was being sincere.
"It's nothing like that, really!" Panther clarified, lightly waving her hands in front of her in a calming gesture. "I promise you, I'm being genuine. It's just that you'd look so adorable! I mean, try to picture it: A cute little kid like you with a thick diaper underneath your pants that's so bulky it even sticks out on the sides! Oooh, just imagining you waddling around due to its thickness makes me want to squeal! All of the Thieves will love it, I promise!"
Ann gave Alex a genuine, eager look that suggested everything she was saying was true. There were no hints of deception or hypnotism anywhere in her gaze as she eagerly awaited to see if the boy was swayed or not.
