She explained, more or less implying that Iris will use these at some point. She lifted the girl's bottom up as she slid the rather large diaper beneath her, before she got out the cream as she started to slowly apply it to the girl's bottom and her more delicate parts "Just stay still, okay? It might be a little uncomfortable..."

It wasn't every day Carrie had to do something like this. Really, it wasn't something that she expected to do in her life - putting on a diaper on a older girl. With the new bug going around, she's overheard that it wasn't only her that was taking such a move... though, Iris might be the oldest of them to be subject to being padded up.
