Applejack smiles and pulls her friend/cousin in for a hug.
"You got it, sugar," She says. "I promise nopony in Ponyville will find out, not even Twilight." If she was being honest, Applejack had been growing suspicious that Pinkie Pie had a growing crush on their Princess friend, and that special request helped confirm it. She'd half to try and help things along when they got back, but for now it was time for the really hard part.
Applejack turns and walks to the cart, and takes hold of a single bag in her mouth, setting it on the side of the cart away from the road. They were well outside Ponyville and pretty far off to the side of the road, but still she wanted to give Pinkie all the privacy she could. Applejack proceeds to open the bag and pull out a blanket, which she unrolls. This is followed by a can of foal powder, and finally, a poofy diaper covered in apple pictures.
"Gonna need ya to lay down Pinkie," Applejack says softly, patting the blanket. "Don't worry I'll be quick."
