The Hex Maniac could only smile as she looked at May, gently rubbing her head more while she sat there, seemingly questioning as to whether or not this whole situation was real. But it almost certainly was real! Especially since if May looked to the left, she could see on that tray was...food! Oh wow, she really was seemingly caring for her.
"M-Mhm!~ I didn't want to leave you out in the cold, s-so, I brought you here! A-As for where here is...uhm...t-this is my home!" She seemed so genuine too, especially as she gently rubbed May's head, seemingly checking if she didn't bump it. After a while, she stood up and looked at a rocking chair nearby, with it having May's belongings sitting in it...and...her clothes?
"N-Now, I had to make sure your outfit was nice and c-clean, all your items were in order, and a-also made sure to apply some proper protection..." As she was listing this all off, one had to wonder what she meant by that last bit. But before you could even really ask, she turned around to look at you, surprised. "O-Oh, wait...I haven't introduced myself, h-have I? M-My name is F-Freya! It's nice to meet you, and t-to care for you for the foreseeable future too..!"
