Dinah watched Barbara waddle. She was doing it in quick bursts, stumbling forward like, well, like a toddler. With respect to Barbara, the diaper was designed for absorbency without much taken for mobility.
Barbara wobbled and Dinah heard her voice gain the same tinge of concern she’d use in her son when he dropped a toy.
