(Oh, absolutely. At our current pace, it won't be very long before they are openly sharing their affection for one another. Same goes for Robb and Margaery
By the way, on the subject of other characters to get padded, what would you say about Osha and Catelyn? In the case of the two of them, they would do so almost solely for comfort. Say, when they're putting Bran and Rickon to bed to the night, Osha notices the stress of Catelyn's travels are finally catching up with her, and she confides in the Stark matriarch that while she was caring for Rickon, she had opted to try nappies herself, and she suggests Catelyn do the same.
Just a thought, though I don't have to remind you about my fondness for diapered mothers, and so far, of all the characters we've padded so far, Gilly and Cersei are the only parents among them. Catelyn seems the next best contender)
Arya seemed the next most likely to drift off, as she seemed to become exceedingly comfy in her elder sister's embrace, nuzzling against her as they once had when they were very, very small, almost when they were last in nappies for real.
Although Robb was a tremendous warrior and leader, his mutual affection for both women was plainly over to Talisa and Margaery alike. Having gotten to know one another a little better, they could understand the Young Wolf's feelings, and the concept of spending more time together through him certainly struck their fancy.
Talisa had not forgotten about Robb's obligation to take a Westerosi noblewoman to wife, and she could see herself remaining nearby as his healer, similarly to a maester. Likewise, although Margaery had given up on becoming Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, she had proverbially warmed up to the idea of Queen of the North.
Ygritte and Gilly were soon soundly asleep side-by-side. Dany just smiled down at both of them, saying, "They did not make it very long into our little padded soiree, but they can easily make up for lost time come the morrow. After all, the unity talks do not begin until close to midday, so perhaps we could spend the better part of the morning enjoying this form of contact." She did not suspect that suggestion would be met with any ill favor.
"I know precisely what you mean, Lord Jon," Dany said, turning back to the former night's watchman. "All of us have suffered long and hard to get to where we are, but I would like to think that a future beyond the Long Night will yield great reward for all of us. Moreover, we can help one another to overcome our fatigue."
