Sakura and Kakashi were not here as it was their day off, and Naruto had challenged Sasuke to a challenge dare, wanting to beat his rival. The dare? Hold your bladder and the first one who pisses their pants loses. To help with the challenge, Sasuke had procured a very powerful diuretic, which would heavily increase their body's urine production and make them need to pee more.

Naruto and Sasuke both held in their hands a large glass of water, with a large amount of the diuretic mixed together in a constant amount. "On Three... One... Two... Three!" Naruto said next, the blonde starting to down the glass of water and diuretic at the same time as Sasuke.
