History: born from a unholy union between the rift god voideus and a mortal woman, Nihilus was trained from birth to be the link between the real of mortals and the realm of nothingness known only as the rift. years of training and subtle manipulations had honed both his senses and loyalty to his father, culminating in Nihilus rejecting his humanity and taking up the title of "void knight". at the age of sixteen, under guidance of voideus he slaughtered the villagers of his birthplace, using the souls of the slaughtered to forge his two swords. this process invited into the swords a malevolent, demonic spirit known as a void-spawn, who in exchange for the chance to feast on the souls bound into the swords agreed to bind itself to the blades, turning them into truly evil weapons, their blood-lust matched only by Nihilus's fervor for slaughter
Powers/Skills: being a son of voideus grants Nihilus near ungodly strength, as well as coating his body in a shield of void energy making his skin nearly as hard as conventional armor; this energy corrodes those exposed to it for an extended time due to being the antithesis of life , in addition Nihilus is a self-trained swordsman, utilizing a savage style meant to invoke great pain to his enemies, thus his attacks are more impact then slash, depending on the force of his blows to break bones and tear at flesh; his swords channel the natural void energy he exudes, increasing their mass and the force of his swings.
