Rainbow Dash scowled as she flew through the air. She would normally fly above the clouds but with the risk of lightning at the moment she had to be sure she didn't try and fly near one. Pegasi could survive lightning but it made her itchy and she'd have to go the farrier to make sure her hooves weren't damaged. Rainbow Dash did NOT like the farrier. She shuddered just thinking about the monstrous tools they used to 'maintain' hooves.
A flash of lightning convinced Rainbow to land. Dropping to the ground in front of an alleyway that looked dry and was going in the direction of her home she stopped, ears twitching.
'Is that...crying?'
"Hey, somepony there?" She called in her scratchy, tomcoltish voice.
