wish i could help you. I think its more about luck, i mean that only a few lucky people are skinny enough to fit in them.
I am one of the lucky skinny ones :P (175cm tall 59 Kg)
I use baby diapers because i dont need any bigger (adult) sice, they just fit perfectly on me.
If you are lucky, just use the babie diapers. If not, use adult. Simple as that.
