When the the girls go to Amphibia, the portal affects their bodies and they turn into babies. Whether or not they can talk is decidable, as well if they end up in the same places as last time. I’m thinking when they get their power up, they either become baby versions of their final forms or they grow up but their still dressed in baby clothes.
