Appearance: Anya looks like your average mother. She is always in a casual outfit around the house, usually jeans and a t-shirt, but when she heads out, she can be fashionable. Her wardrobe isn't updated more than once or twice a year, so most of her clothes are stained. Some people describe her as "cute like a child", but she doesn't think so.
History: Anya was born into a relatively poor family. The first few years of her life were rough, as the Satori family had no money to spare. Finally, when Anya was in second grade, her dad got a well paying job, and the Satori family moved within a close drive of Quinn House. In her new school, Anya accelerated and quickly moved to the top of most of her classes. Life after that was pretty uneventful until she graduated the local college with a degree in teaching. Anya moved out, got a job as a teacher and lived single for several years. Finally, on her twenty-ninth birthday, she tried to adopt a child, but the agency refused, telling her that she didn't have enough money to support more than one person. She was heartbroken, and as if to prove the agency's point, her gas main exploded the next night while she was cooking dinner. She lost her house and with very little money left, she looked for a way to survive. As if by luck, she happened on Quinn House, quit her teaching job, and has been living at Quinn House ever since.
Personality: Anya has a very outgoing personality. She is not one to complain or punish, and she always talks things out before acting. She also has a special place in her heart for the very young, as she always wanted a child.
Interests: Anya loves books, and in her free time, you can always find her curled up with a hot drink and a good book. She also is an half-decent cook.
Medical: Anya is mildly allergic to eggs.
Other: Anya is terrified of the dark. She always sleeps with a nightlight.
