My first idea is after a 18 year old refuses to play with their younger sister and her Barbie dolls she wishes her older sibling could see how great playing with Babrie is.
And then the older sibling wakes up in the world of their sisters Babrie Playsat where Barbie babies them due to the sister always playing house and making Barbie a motherly character.
That or it's one of those old pregnant Barbie dolls so they wake up in Babrie's stomach until she gives birth.
Anyone interested in being Barbie and the little sister for the few bits we need her for?
I'd like to be the older sibling.
My 2nd idea is toys came to life and grow bigger so they took over and treat humans like toys and my character is treated like a baby doll by either a Barbie or a actual baby doll or some kind of doll.

After getting a magical toy store owner upset (or a kid they are babysitting) my character is shrunk and placed into a large Playset city full of random toys who are alive on the city my character tries to escape and is found by a motherly doll who after seeing them have a accident the doll takes my character home and diapers them to be the cities baby.
Anyone interested in being the doll and the magical person?
There also could be other humans there to also babied by other toys or treated ad toddlers for my character to meet as it goes on if you want
