From Beast to Bunny

[Diapered Avenger]

Jean Grey was currently out shopping for supplies with fellow faculty member and superhero, Hank McCoy. Granted, the two were going to a store they didn't think existed for their students, but they still went there. Because of how much mutations changed the students at Xavier's School for the Gifted, it led to some slight incontinence issues, so Hank suggested getting some diapers in their size to help them out.

"It's strange. I never thought this store would be as big as it was." Jean mused as she two mutants entered, browsing the babyish stock in the store.

[Diaper Beast]

Beast typically did the medical supplies shopping himself... but given the nature of the store that he was going to he liked the idea of someone else tagging along. There had been a number of students this year who were bedwetters or even had daytime accidents. And it was difficult to find products that that would work for them. But the grapevine suggested this place carried products for every shape and size.

The place looked fairly normal on the outside... other than the store's name spelled out in alphabet blocks. But he followed Jean inside, doing a double take at the size and the fact they didn't just seem to sell diapering supplies in larger sizes... but anything a normal baby store had seemed to be available here. Hank standing stunned at at the front door with Jean. Hank looking not too out of place due to just wearing briefs.

"Oh my stars and garters..." Hank offered his trademark saying, just blinking in awe at all of it. And sheepishly stepping closer to Jean as they journied into the store. His pulse ramping up a bit out of nervous surprise at such a full service store. "Maybe we should just go home and order online. We'd avoid so much attention." She'd never seen him so nervous before but they were certainly not alone in the shop.

"You're saying that like we don't already get a lot of attention because of who we are." Jean said sarcastically. She chuckled a little at Hank's tendency to overthink things like this while ignoring the very simple solution. It was times like this that made her feel like she was smarter. "Don't worry, we can explain why we're here and I'm sure the people who work here will be completely fine with us. Well, as long as they serve mutants, that is."

They also attracted the attention of a man who took an interest in Beast, assuming Jean was his Mommy.

"At least in civilian attire you fit in pretty well... unlike myself." Hank gestured to his appearance and nervously adjusted his briefs. He'd heard all the jokes about them seeming to look like training pants. Though now he regretted just wearing them into the store rather than some other clothing. Hank glanced at the clothing after the thought crossed his mind and they were just as babyish as the diapers here.

"It seemed to not discriminate judging by the ads. I mean... it would be pretty hypocritical if they judged how we looked though sold these products to those who needed them." Hank offered, letting Jean lead the way as he folowed in step. Hank felt eyes on him and before Hank could stop himself he waved hello to the curious man. Swearing under his breath as it only seemed to interest him in them more.

"I'm sure you can explain yourself more if anyone asks about them. Don't worry." Jean said as the two started to browse the shelves for products to purchase in bulk for their students. While they did so, the person who took an interest in Hank had secretly followed them and mumbled something under his breath as his eyes glowed.

[Diaper Beast]

"Maybe you should explain things... they may not put much stock in my opinions." Hank was unaware as to the magical whispering nearby... though the fur on the back of his neck pricked up anyway. Hank looking around just a bit... distracted for a moment by whatever was going on. He gave his head a shake and looked down at the package of diapers in his size he was holding.

He could feel how thick they were inside of the package by giving it a bit of curious squeeze. The scent of baby powder in the store also seemed more prominant to him. He felt a little confused by their shopping spree... Hank finding the babyish aspects of the diapers oddly comforting. Jean could likely sense confusion from Hank, as he stood there obsessing over the diapers.

The stranger smiled and finished casting the enchantment, hoping this would do more to deepen the bond between Hank and Jean when ironically, it was nothing like he thought it was.

Jean went to explain why they were here to one of the employees in the store and why they needed to buy a lot of their stuff today.

Beast was curiously focused on the diapers... unaware of the enchantment being cast upon him. His focus leaving him unaware as to the changes occuring to him. As if the clock was being rolled back for him... the first of potentially numerous changes planned for him. Jean being occupied with talking to one of the employees leaving her unaware of the changes.

Of course Jean might be in for a surprise herself, unless the enchantment effected her as well. The shopkeeper smiling as she approached them. "Good Afternoon, Ma'am. Do you need help with products for your son?" And if Jean were to look back she'd see Hank... now a teenager. A teenager who's trainers seemed to be wet as there was a puddle on the floor.

"My son? What are you..." Jean gasped at the state Hank was currently in. "What happened to you? Do you know who did it?" She asked. This wasn't an affect of her friend's powers, but she had never encountered a villain with the ability to do this before. "We need a minute." She said to the employee.

[Diaper Beast]

The employee nodded and pointed behind Jean to where she'd left Hank browsing the products. Hank... who was now a teenager who appears to have wet his X-Briefs and not noticed it. "The cute blue furbaby... he looks ike he might need a change though. Has he been back in trainers long? Looks like he's still not ready for potty training."

Hank snapped out of his daze as Jean managed to get his attention. And that's wheen he noticed she now was taller than him. And that his briefs were damp as Hank fussed with the undies shyly. "What happened to me!?" Hank paniced... having no idea. But Jean watched as Hank began sucking his thumb, a feeling of comfort ccoming from him.
