Chloe followed her and closed the door. "I see someone was capricious and moody just because her tummy was aching?" she asked with a rather sarcastic sympathy. "Well, you should have just said that you didn't poop for so long and I would help you eralier. From now on I will personally check if you conctipated!" Chloe wiggled her forefinger, showing exectly how it will be done. "Now I will get you a little treat for your cooperation - a whole new portion of lunch!" The nurse winked to Crystal, collected the remains of food which she refused to eat and took the tray. "I'll be back soon!"

Crystal whimpered, face turning away. Her face was redder than a tomato by this point. She hugged her knees, sitting in her bed.

Soon Chloe was back, with a tray full of food identical to what she offered to Crystal before. The only difference was a big bottle of some yellow-ish liquid and a big spoon. "Sit properly, plaese, Crystal, so I can place teh tray" Chloe asked in a soft polite tone, and as the teenage patient did so, she put the tray on her bed and took the bottle. "That's castor oil" the nurse explained, as she filled the big spoon with a thick smelly liquid. "It will help your tummy with the pooping problem. Open your mouth!"

Crystal gagged at the stench, but complied. She took a deep breath, and opened her mouth, eyes shut. She would have preffered something less disgusting tasting, like an another enema, but she got what she got. She swallowed the whole bottle, as instructed, trying not to puke.

As the girl swallowed the whole spoon, leaving it clean and empty, and Chloe made sure the oil wouldn't go back (not through her mouth, at least), she nodded with satisfaction and stroked Crystal's hair. "That's a good girl! Spanking and some bowels cleaning do wonders! Now eat your lunch, Crystal! I'll be back in fifteen minutes for the empty tray, and it's better really be empty." And she went away to take care of other patients...

Crystal nodded, her stomach churning. She began to eat the food, finding, while it wasn´t the best tasting, it was better than starving. She took a deep breath, and continued eating.

Chloe was back in exectly fifteen minutes. She entered without knocking or warning. "How are you? Finished your meal?"

Crystal nodded, finishing off the last bit of mushroom.

"Good, good. Seems like castor oil made your appetite much better!" Chloe smiled, taking the tray. "Now you can relax and have some free time, Crystal, just behave well! I will be back in about two hours to continue with your medical procedures. Just one more thing..." She headed to the brat's small personal cabinet and took all her undies. Since no other clothing was allowed in teh hospital anyway, now Crystal had only her johnny gown and no panties under it.

With that, the nurse left the room...

Crystal laid on the bed, pouting cutely. She groaned every so often, as her bowels churned and gurgled. She blushed hotly as she let out hot farts. She rubbed her stomach, trying to sooth her rumbling guts.
