Luna really had a hard time keeping the look on her face with that one; she managed to do it though. Yet when she was put up like that it took her a bit by surprise. "Yes all colts and fillies of age will now be required to own a game of my choosing; and any that cannot afford it will go to a noble family for help. They must help unless they want to spend a week in the dungeons." She stated, looking to her sister with a nod while the nobles just gawked.

"Y-your highnesses, bringing in ponies from an Earth pony town is certainly not wise, Nopony there save Princess Twilight could rule!" The speaker stated. "And we do all we can to support you toiling day and night; surely games and a vacation isn't needed?" In reality they did nothing, sitting in their homes while everyone around them worked for nothing making their fortune for them.

Celestia held back a laugh, glancing back to the nobles. "Alright then if you all think that you can run this empire better then myself or my sister, what laws would you come up with then?" She asked, a smile on her face at this point. "Im sure you all can find it easy to keep your pockets filled with Bits while problems in the rest of the kingdom slowly get worse." She explained. "So please, tell Luna and myself your laws."

Luna didn't bother to surpress that smile herself as she watched them gawk at Celestia and herself as though they'd grown extra heads. "Y-you can't be serious Princess, of course some pes- I mean middle class ponies would face an increase in taxes but nothing more. Surely you do not intend to implement such things upon us?" The speaker asked; a clear tone of anger in their voice at this point in time.

Celestia rose a hoof, attempting to silence the speaker. "Honestly, how is it that ponies such as yourselves could have no sense of humor?" She chuckled, glancing back to her sister. "Thouh having pinkie pie run the kingdom for a day would be intresting." Celestia cleared her throat, turning back to the nobles. "Now if you all are finished picking your jaws off the floor, there is a few things that need to be discussed. First is a slight tax increase for the clean up of ponyville." With that, Celestia had brouht up a small scroll, reading off a few thing here and there, the real morning meeting now underway.

Luna though at that point was laughing, it was cute and silly really to see them act so very stupid like that. They quickly composed themselves though with a growl as court started to get underway for real this time. Luna laid back with her hand-held, starting up her game. She paid slight attention to all of the proceedings, but they were few and most of the nobles just complained that a tax increase for them would be "Unwise to dwindle the funds of the upstanding citizens." In the end she felt her eyes starting to droop a bit.

The meeting had gone about as well as Celestia had expected. Most of the meeting, the nobles had complained the whole time about most of the laws going into effect which was entirely normal with these meetings, not that she didn't hate anytime it happened. Soon enough the meeting was over, leaving her alone in the throne room with her sister and paperwork. Average afternoon for her at this point.

After the proceedings Luna had played n her system, only for the fatigue to overtake her after a few hours. After the nobles had left she had fallen asleep, though her dreams were not pleasant. This time not because of the Tantabis, but just because. She was in the fight with her sister; only this time she wasn't banished, instead her sister stood over her with her horn aglow ready to end her life. Unfortunately this transferred into her having an accident on her sleep and tears rolling down her snout.

"Form 26b signed and attached to for 48a. Or was it the other way around? Maybe with the second blue form that came with the others?" Celestia grumbled to herself, putting the papers down and liting her now third cup of coffee with her magic. This is exactly why she hated paperwork, to complex of a system. "Lulu, what do you think of me just banishing paperwork to the sun or something, or better yet, maybe Twilight could be ouf new princess or paperwork." She joked, luaghing to herself. Thouh after getting no response from luna, celestia glanced to her sister, not yet noticing the tears. "Lulu, i cant be the only one awake right now, the guards dont lauh at my jokes like you do." She said, gently nudging her sister.

Luna awoke with a bolt, trying t scramble back against the wall behind the throne. She wasn't dreaming anymore, but she certainly thought she was. Tears ran down her cheeks as she tried to get away, the puddle and stained sheets clear as day. "D-don;t hurt me, I-I;m sorry!" She said, curling up and trembling, er wings frozen at her sides and tears running down her face. It seemed that nightmares still haunted her, despite having gotten rid of the Tantibus.

Celestia bolted up from her throne, both guards rushing to Celestia's side once they heard Luna bolt to the wall. "At ease!" She yelled at the guards, both, backing up and standing at attention. Celestia had slowly approached her sister, her horn glowing as the blanket she had kept on her chair had lifted, gently being placed on her sister. "Lulu, calm down, it's just a dream." she said softly, lowering herself next to her sister.
