A Certain Job to Do (private)

"Okay, just wanted to know," Dakota said, stepping into her car. Dakota looked through her purse which was quite cluttered for her so it did took her awhile to find her keys. When she finally did she started the ignition and her vehicle started to ascend into the air. Carefully she pulled out and left the parking lot and went down the road, seeing that her supervisor was following her. The girl felt a little nervous as she was going to have to explain to her friends sooner or later but right now she just wanted to be alone to herself. Her apartment was not too far so her trip was quite short. Dakota parked her car alongside the road and stepped out, waiting for the man to park as well.

Matt followed her at a leisurely pace and parked right behind her once they reached her apartment. "Nice place you have here" he claims, being simple and happy as a supervisor could be. He walked up behind her and waited for her to continue the lead.

(Since this is a non babying rp, I'm trying to let you take part as mostly a dom individual. That being said, caring for you without reason, or pushing you along isn't my task. I'll post as much as possible, but maybe for these simple scenes we can just fast track it, like with signing the paper, moving from one place to another etc)

(Okay, that sounds reasonable for me.)

"Well it's not really a nice looking place but it's home," Dakota said, locking her car and heading towards the door of the building. The girl walked through the entrance and the front lobby where she walked up to an elevator and pressed a button saying "9" on it. She waited for a second as she turned back towards the man and said, "Um....what is your first name, by the way?" Dakota asked, "Or...or should I call you by your surname to be more professional?"

"My name is Matt....Dakota" he says with a pause to emphasize that he had said it before. "Just call me Matt and we'll be good. My only business title is supervisor, so I rather you not call me supervisor and sir is just silly" he explains after following her to the door. "by the way this place is nice, unless your room is a mess" he teases.

"Okay, Matt," Dakota said, stepping out of the elevator, "I just want to make sure what to call you." She walked down the hall and opened her door up. Her apartment was roomy but Dakota found something odd. Normally she had trouble keeping her place clean but the whole place was neatly organized as somebody has been here. "What is going on?" Dakota asked, looking around with a puzzled look. "Is that you, Dakota?" asked voice, "I was wondering when you were coming home." The girl recognized the voice and panicked a little bit. "Oh man, I completely forgot," Dakota said.

Matt walked in after listening to the girl and wasn't sure what was going on. "Hmm someone else is here. Do you have a roommate Dakota?" he asks. "You don't have to tell me their relation to you, I'm just curious" he explains and waits to either get an answer from the girl or to see the other person.

"Well normally I live alone," Dakota explained, "But I did promise my cousin she would stay here while her place was being fumigated. I completely forgot that it was today. Uh...if she asks just say that you are a friend of mine, okay?" Then a girl with lighter brown hair, an orange sleeveless shirt, and blue shorts entered the room and saw Dakota. "There you are," she said, "I hope you didn't mind but I kinda showed myself in being you weren't here." "Not a problem, Lucy," Dakota responded, "I am just happy to have you here." Lucy looked over and noticed Matt. "So, who's the new guy?" she asked curiously.

Matt had been trained, oddly enough, for many awkward encounters. Introducing something new to someone's life generally had obstacles. He didn't expect to put on the facade, but he was ready nevertheless. "I'm a friend, Matt" he introduces. "We met on an online chat sight, met at a park, and since we trust each other a bit we've been hanging out" he explains giving a reasoning for just about everything that would question his purpose. Though the bag on his shoulder was5 accounted for.

Lucy gave out a little smirk which made Dakota a little nervous, fearing that she may have already found out the truth. "Oooh, I see what's going on," she said, walking up to Dakota, "You didn't tell me that you have a boyfriend." The girl blushed instantly but was a little relieved that Lucy didn't find out what was really going on. Still, the misconception did make things just as awkward. "N..n...no," Dakota said nervously, "W...we are just friends. There's nothing really that special going on between us." Lucy spotted the bag Matt was holding and was a bit skeptical. "Oh yeah, then what's with the bag he is holding?" Lucy asked, "Is it something that he just carries all the time?" Dakota shifted around nervously before she could find something to change the subject, luckily her rumbling tummy helped give her an idea. "Uh....maybe we should discuss this matter after dinner?" Dakota asked. Lucy nodded and said, "Okay, if that's what you want. I'll just be in the kitchen if you need me." As Lucy walked into the kitchen Dakota let out a sigh of relief.

Matt was ready to jump in and help, but the cousin seemed to move on without more questioning, so he didn't want to fan a dying flame. The insinuation that they were a couple didn't really bother him the way it did Dakota, and as Lucy rounded the kitchen corner he smiled and whispered. "Seems like that worked enough. But if she asks me questions about you we're going to be in trouble. I don't know a lot about you if I'm going to be pretending to be your friend. Will you do all the talking? Or should I leave and return later?" He asks.
