Scootaloo had stopped crying compleatly, looking at her mommy. It was weird how just this morning she was mad at her, and now just like that everything was fine. "I-Im glad T-Tank doesn't scratch o-or bite...We should get a kitten mommy! A small little kitten that dosent bite of scratch." She said, her mood becoming quite happy. Her mood had been known to change rapidly here and there so this was nothing new. "And ill name it Tibbers! and ill take care of her and she'll be cute!

Rarity smiled, watching the Mother daughter scene in front of her. Putting down Sweetie Belle, Rarity gave her a quick nuzzle before looking back to Rainbow. "O-Oh yes...The rabbit...Poofs was it?" She asked. "Well Rainbow how about we finish our little talk and ill tell you then." She explained. In truth the rabbit was actually beyond repair, she knew that once she got it. What she had to do now was discuss with Rainbow of what to do.

Sweetie smiled warmly at her big sister as she was slowly set down, snuggling her cheek a little into the nuzzle. She knew Scootaloo would be alright just by hearing her ramble on to Rainbow about a new little kitten. That was really the thing that made her the happiest, was seeing her friend embrace something so very small yet still love it. For now though she chose to go back to playing, knowing Scoots would join her when she was ready.

Rainbow smiled at the little display, snuggling at her daughter gently and listening to her ramble on. She finally chose to set her down and give her mane a good rub with a caring and gentle hoof. "We'll see Squirt." She said with a wink, before starting over to Rarity's sewing room, she just hoped that her daughter wouldn't have anything else to cry about for a bit. That was what broke her heart the most.

Scootaloo watched Rainbow walk off, turning her attention back to the blocks. "H-hey Sweetie, remember when that stray cat came to the club house and we got to keep it for a while?" She asked, starting to stack her blocks up again. Knocking over the tower again, Scootaloo let out a giggle. She had never found out what happened to that cat but she loved it, especially when it would cuddle up with her when she was living back at the tree house. "What ever happened to that cat?"

Rarity waited until Rainbow Dash had walked into the room before closing the door. "Well About the Rabbit, it's. How do I put this? It's beyond repair." She said. "I kinda knew them moment you handed it to me. I dont know what it's been through, maybe it was left out in the rain or thrown around to many times but I just dont know Rainbow. Im sure she has more toys at her parents house dosent she?" Rarity asked, still not knowing about Scootaloo being homeless.

Sweetie tilted her head to the side a little in thought, she hadn't seen that little kitten in a long time, she figured it ran off into the apple orchard. "I don't know Scoots, I guess it ran off into the orchard, I haven't seen in in a while either." She stated, slowly restarting the tower on her end too, or at least until she got an idea. "Hey Scoots you want a lion? I have a few old plushes up stairs." She said with a smile.

Rainbow knew the second that the door slid closed that it was nothing good; and even though she could never see herself stressing over a doll her face went pale. "N-no that can't be right!" She said in a panic. "You said that it was a simple fix! I-I promised." She said, looking at the door at where Scoots would be sitting. "I-I'll pay you a thousand bits Rarity just please find some way. I can't let the Squirt down." She said, looking down at the ground and practically begging.

Scootaloo shook her head, she already had poofs so why would she want another one. "Naw, I got poof- I mean...No thank you, I dont really like plushies." She lied. Like it had been to Rainbow, Poofs was something she kept from most of her friends. to her the though of somepony still sleeping with a plush, that plush even having a name, was a little embarrassing. "B-But thank you though Sweetie."

Rarity shook her head, glancing to the plush sitting on her sewing table. "I know I said that Dash but honestly I thought I could." She explained, levitating the plush over to her. "See? most of the thread used here are recent, and in this thing has been sewn together multiple times. Im afraid if I try to sew it together, it will compleatly fall apart." She explained, showing the sewn parts to Rainbow. "You could always ask Scootaloo's parents where they bought it and get her a new one." Rarity suggested.

Sweetie was a little skeptical when she heard her mention that part of a name, but she figured she could let it slide. She figured that her friend was just trying to find an excuse not to take it, and to her that didn't really bother her. "Okay then, hey you want to do some drawing?" She asked happily, trying to get her mind off of it, and looking to the paper and the crayons that still lay right next to her.

Dash almost fell apart herself at that, her little girl's only toy was ruined, and she couldn't repair it. Then worst of all she heard the mention of her parents, making her gulp back a clear wave of sadness that feared to overtake her. She just hoped telling her was the right choice. "I-I can't when I took her in she told me she was on her own, that little bunny is her only toy, and she's going to be devastated. Isn't there anything you can do? Reuse part of him or something?" She asked with a long sigh, looking terribly downtrodden.

Scootaloo nodded, sure she had been drawing before Sweetie came down but she was fine with drawing again. Scootaloo reached over, bringing a piece of paper to herself and a few crayons. Like she had did earlier, Scootaloo started to doodle randomly. After a few minutes, Scootaloo looked up. Something was kinda bugging her just a little. "Uhm Sweetie, c-can I ask you something?"

Rarity put the plush back down. "She told you she was-" Then it finally clicked. "Oh...She's...without a home." The unicorn looked back to the plush. she was a little surprised she didnt see it earlier, lack of talking about parents, always wanting to have sleepovers at her place with Sweetie. Then a certain idea formed in her head. "Idea!" She said, her face lighting up. "How about this Dash, both you and I, along with Sweetie and scootaloo, go to the store and pick out whatever plush Scootaloo wants, anyone no matter how much the price. I will cover the cost." She suggested.

Sweetie had already started doodling herself, drawing up something for her sister. She didn't nearly have the artistic skills of Applebloom, but she was still her sister's sister, and she had her own form of talent for designing things that touched the heart. Although when Scootaloo started talking she wasn't to occupied to listen, she was her friend after all. "Sure go ahead Scootaloo." She said with a smile of her own.

Dash sighed deeply, about to tell Rarity what she meant when she heard her say that final stuttered statement, confirming with a nod. She had the same expression of surprise she'd had when she found out, but she said nothing until Rarity spoke up about her idea, and she couldn't help but crack a smile at it. She knew she was going to be devastated, but she figured something from her own mother would help. "Okay that just might work." She was quite glad, this way Scoots could have something new to come home to as well.

"Uhm...You know how I always stayed later at the tree house?" Scootaloo asked. "Like thtaone time we were practicing for the talent show and every night I said I would be the one to kinda clean everything up?" She kept asking. She couldent believe she was going to tell Sweetie that she had once been homeless. She had kept it from everypony, even her own friend. "W-well there was a reason for that."

Rarity nodded, glancing to the mirror next to her sewing table. She let out a little squeak, noticing how she looked, having still not have showered or anything. "Well, how about I go freshen up for a moment, Im sure you can keep and eye on Sweetie and scoots no?" She asked, looking back to Dash.

Sweetie tilted her head a little at her friend, she had always wondered a little about why Scoots always wanted to stay, but she'd always just brushed it off to Scoots helping to share the burden that they putted into everything. Now though she felt her curiosity peaked at what she was offering. "Now that you mention it I have wondered, but why?" She asked softly, her diaper rusling as her tail flicked in it's own curiosity.

Dash was ecstatic about the idea, this way her little foal would get a new toy to love and a something new to return to as well as a home. Although this entire time she'd just thought her friend was trying to have the 'Rough and Wild' look, and it really didn't work on her. Although when she finally asked Dash was reminded that it was still early morning. "Oh yeah sure Rarity." She said with a quick smirk before starting over to the playroom.
